Rachel Medeiros

Hello! I’m an instructional designer with over six years of experience developing custom-built training programs for schools, entrepreneurs, and corporations.

My eight years of middle school teaching experience made me an expert in creating engaging activities that deliver real results. With California single-subject teaching credentials in English, math, and social science, I have a wide variety of knowledge and teaching experience. My innovative ideas and passionate workshops led me to become a Google for Education Certified Innovator and Trainer

I now bring that same innovation and passion to every client. With a Masters in Instructional Science & Technology from California State University, Monterey Bay, I understand the science behind how people learn. I apply this knowledge and my classroom teaching experience to create intentional training plans that are engaging, easy to implement, and sustainable. I work with clients to identify key training points before designing and developing engaging visuals and interactive activities which increase retention.

I build eLearning programs with Articulate 360 and a variety of supplemental tools, including G Suite, Microsoft Office, iMovie, and other web-based tools. When I design or facilitate in-person workshops, I enjoy using technology as well Post-Its, hexagonal thinking, hands-on activities, and face-to-face conversations.

When I’m not working, I enjoy cycling to specialty coffee shops, reading in the sunshine, and cooking with what’s in season
