I love the random stuff that finds its way to YouTube. This weekend I was introduced to Conversations with My Two-Year-Old, which documents all too-real conversations parents have with their kids. The twist: the children are acted out by grown men.
"Asking Nicely" has me thinking this morning about how we teach our students different behaviors and concepts.
- Does the "repeat after me" method work?
- How do we respond when a student "doesn't get it"?
- If people are making money off of YouTube videos like this, what's to say our students won't become YouTube stars?
